Medical Weight Loss Program Details
- Initial Visit: $35 fee includes:
- Your biometrics, which include:
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Body Fat Percentage
- Body Measurements
- Hip to Waist Ratio
- You will meet with the medical provider who will review and discuss your medical history.
- The medical provider will also provide diet, exercise, and supplement education.
- The medical provider will perform a complete physical examination.
- If you are interested in potential causes of your weight gain or if you experience difficulty with weight loss, then the medical provider can order appropriate laboratory tests, at additional costs, which include thyroid function, liver function, glucose level, and kidney function. These tests typically range $25-$40.
- If you are interested in our most aggressive plan, which includes hCG injections and a very low calorie diet, the medical provider will also order additional laboratory test (uric acid and electrolytes), which can range $10-$20
- If you are interested in being prescribed an FDA approved appetite suppressant, the medical provider will determine if you qualify based on your health history and current conditions. You will also need to provide a copy of your EKG report. This report is good within the past year. If you do not have this report at your time of visit or if it has not been within the past year, then you may be responsible for an additional $35 to perform a new EKG at your time of visit.
